About West Side Fest

Manhattan’s West Side comes alive July 10–12 for West Side Fest—a free, weekend-long celebration of one of New York’s most vibrant cultural corridors.

Stretching along the waterfront, the Fest invites you to experience the neighborhood at its peak: explore world-class museums, join hands-on artmaking, catch live performances, and discover hidden gems across parks, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, all in one place, all in one weekend.

Now in its fourth year, West Side Fest has become a must-visit summer event. With free admission at participating institutions, programs for all ages, concerts, workshops, and pop-up experiences throughout the weekend, it’s a rare opportunity to move seamlessly from one cultural experience to the next.

Whether you’re planning a day out or a full weekend itinerary, West Side Fest offers something for everyone, families, art lovers, and curious explorers alike. Come experience the energy, creativity, and community that define Manhattan’s West Side this summer.

About the West Side Cultural Network

Formed in 2019, the West Side Cultural Network (WSCN) is a group of museums, parks, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions located within a half-mile portion of historic New York. WSCN highlights the cultural destination along New York's West Side, where the arts, history, and community converge to create a uniquely enriching experience for all.

Through regular meetings, WSCN has established a regular dialogue among a growing number of non-profit cultural institutions located on the West Side.  The network works to foster a sense of community among cultural colleagues, raise awareness about the work of its member organizations, discuss goals and objectives to support each other's mission-driven work, and explore and act on opportunities for collaboration.
